Bartender
As a Bartender at The Rustic Grill at StoneWater, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting high-quality drinks and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves preparing cocktails according to our recipes, maintaining a strong knowledge of our wine, beer, and cocktail offerings, and ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional service from start to finish. Responsibilities include
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing bar inventory, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages to management
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with bar setup and breakdown, including cleaning and restocking for the next shift

Food Runner

Responsibilities include
- Delivering food to guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards
- Assisting servers by anticipating guest needs and responding to requests in a timely manner
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently
- Keeping the restaurant floor clean and organized by promptly removing used dishes and resetting tables as needed
- Assisting in restocking service stations and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
- Supporting a positive and team-oriented work environment by being proactive and adaptable
Host

Responsibilities include
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring a friendly send-off upon departure
- Managing reservations and coordinating seating to optimize guest experience and table flow
- Communicating wait times and accommodating special seating requests when possible
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of the menu, specials, and restaurant events to answer guest inquiries
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Supporting the service team by anticipating guest needs and assisting as necessary

Dishwasher

Responsibilities include
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas and storage spaces
- Assisting in daily food preparation and proper storage of ingredients as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Taking out trash, recycling, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
- Supporting the kitchen staff by replenishing clean dishes and supplies throughout service
- Assisting with end-of-shift breakdown, including cleaning dish stations and equipment
- Promoting a positive and team-oriented work environment
Groundskeeper
As a Groundskeeper at StoneWater Golf Club, you play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and playability of our course. Your responsibilities include mowing, trimming, raking, watering, and applying treatments to ensure the course is in top condition. You will also help maintain irrigation systems and equipment while identifying and reporting any course issues to the Superintendent. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in meticulous landscaping, and have a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities include
- Mowing fairways, greens, and roughs to maintain optimal playing conditions
- Raking bunkers, trimming edges, and performing general course upkeep
- Monitoring and maintaining the irrigation system, ensuring proper watering of the course
- Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf treatments as directed
- Assisting in the upkeep and routine maintenance of groundskeeping equipment
- Identifying and reporting course problem areas to the Superintendent
- Ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with golf course standards
- Contributing to a team-oriented work environment and assisting with seasonal course projects
- Tracking down all pesky gophers that may pop up from time to time
Server
As a Server at The Rustic Grill at StoneWater, you are the face of our dining experience, ensuring that each guest enjoys exceptional service from start to finish. Your role involves greeting customers, taking accurate orders, and providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, cocktails, beers, and wines. - Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring any special requests are communicated to the kitchen

- Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards
- Handling transactions, processing payments, and managing checks accurately
- Assisting in table maintenance, including clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next guests
- Working closely with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
